We recognise that in many energy applications unusual design parameters apply. These may pertain to tolerances, physical characteristics or exposure to extreme heat or impact. With our substantial engineering capability we are ideally resourced to produce innovative quality products to address the particular requirements of these applications.

Our technical sales team are available to consider any enquiry. We will quickly determine if we have an appropriate solution and if so, make a robust technical proposal including drawings and preliminary designs at no-cost. We will also support our Customers in obtaining approvals for the use of our products and systems at pre-contract stage. At our modern, sophisticated plant we can handle product in excess of 30 tonnes or produce large numbers of simple elements in highly automated production plant. Our service can be tailored to suit the Customers resources by using some or all of the elements of our service on a project by project basis. Carlow Precast will work independently or as part of a partnership to develop a precast concrete solution for even the most difficult on site installations.

In addition to the precast components our product includes analysis and design packages, method statements, risk assessments and site assistance where the Customer wishes to install our products using their own resources. We are particularly aware of the often onerous work practices in high risk environments and accredit our success in these areas to adhering rigidly to agreed methods with high quality supervision.

We understand that compliance with normal and abnormal safety procedures is as much a part of the product as the concrete itself and consider this a fundamental to the success of every project.
