Flow Control Chambers

Carlow Precast are distributors of the Mosbaek A/S Flow Control Device. We can provide controllers specifically designed to meet individual project requirements.

A wide range of products means that flow rates from 0.2l/s to 10,000 l/s can be accommodated. The most popular in the range is the versatile Centrifugal Flow Regulator (CEV) unit.

From our wide range of precast concrete tanks, we can supply and install a concrete chamber for housing the Flow Control Device. The Flow Control Device can be fitted in our factory reducing the amount work carried out on-site.

The CEV and CEY flow regulators offer the following advantages:
dot Large orifice opening
dot No movable parts
dot No electrical components
dot Made of stainless, acid-resistant steel AISI 316L (Werkstoff 1.4404)

The operating and maintenance costs are kept to a minimum. To allow the CEV Type Regulator to operate correctly, a 350mm deep (min.) sump below the outlet level, is required.

Both the CEV & CEY Type Regulators can be fitted to existing Stormwater Systems.
