FLOODCAST Temporary

Carlow Precast have developed an economical flood defence system that can prevent potential flood damage. Adaptable vertical and base seals accommodate ground surface variations and through it's unique and versatile design, deployment is rapid.

Various heights are available and installation times are an average of 50m per hour per crew. The system is easily stored and maintained by the user with locally available replacement materials. When not deployed in flood defence the system is used as traffic/pedestrian barriers.

FLOODCAST Permanent

For permanent flood protection applications we offer a solution which incorporates a uniquely effective method of sealing the wall against the substrate. Compact elements featuring attractive patterned and natural stone effect finishes can be easily transported along difficult terrain and placed on setting-out pads in dry weather conditions.

Each unit is inherently stable in the construction condition then sealed and stabilised by pouring the permanent footing. Construction times are vastly reduced and the overall effect harmonised with its environment. Our engineering department executes a unique design to minimise cost and optimise suitability to the site conditions.
